We are currently looking for High-Volume Talent Advisors (Sourcers). In this role, you will play a critical role in supporting our RPO client by sourcing and attracting, top-performing door to door sales telecommunication professionals.

 

You will be part of a team pipelining candidates to support our Recruiters in filling a large volume of positions quickly and efficiently while ensuring that each candidate experience is positive and aligns with our company culture.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and Engaging: Search and create a strong candidate pipeline to meet ongoing sales hiring needs across multiple regions.
  • Collaboration: Partner closely with the PS Strategy Team and Recruiters to understand hiring needs, priorities, and timelines, ensuring alignment on candidate profiles and hiring processes.
  • Data-Driven Recruitment: Using our proprietary software, Hiregate, utilize recruitment metrics and reporting to continuously improve hiring speed, quality, and candidate experience.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience from application to onboarding.

 

Your Qualifications should include:

  • Proven experience in high-volume sourcing, ideally within sales or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of sales roles and the ability to assess candidate potential effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and influence both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics and make informed decisions.
