Seeking a motivated, organized detail-oriented individual to support the Finance Manager in processing paperwork for vehicle sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist entering customer information in DMS and printing deals.
  • Assist packaging deals for Accounting Department. 
  • Work with Finance Manager and Accounting Office to ensure prompt and accurate processing of deals. 

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Competent computer/typing skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize/multi-task
  • Ability to work in a team environment
