Duties and Responsibilities: The Office Analyst is responsible for performing various administrative and clerical tasks. By performing these administrative tasks, they support our client on all project related duties. This position would work five, 8-hour days per week, typically Monday through Friday, with some possible overtime as needed.


  1. Performs various clerical tasks.  Works 8-hours per day Monday through Friday and overtime as needed.
  2. Maintain positive, strong interpersonal, professional relationship with Client and Contractor employees
  3. Manage tasks:
    1. Research in SAP Orders for duplicate invoice processing
    2. Performs review from all contractors
    3. Assist contractors with billing issues pertaining to PO issues
    4. Reviews orders for Accuracy and Compliance
    5. Reviews mapping in GIS for accuracy
    6. Provides training on Lemur and other software/database programs
      1. Identifies needs for training based on system reports
    7. Responsible for Onboarding/Offboarding for all Construction Contractors
    8. Maintains Reporting on active Database/Lemur Users
      1. Communicates Interdepartmentally
    9. Client Lead on SAP - Storage Location Assignment (Material Access)
      1. Communicate with Construction Vendors
  4. Support departmental managers and staff
  5. Willingness to learn with the company and be motivated to take on additional opportunities
  6. Self-directed and works efficiently without direct supervision
  7. Strong experience using Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Teams
  8. Excellent time management skills; ability to prioritize
  9. Excellent written and verbal communication skills  


*This position is on-site and located in Little Rock, AR. No relocation available at this time. No Per Diem is available for this position.
