At Crooked Tile, LLC, we take pride in our skilled craftsmanship and commitment to quality. With over 20 years of experience, our Company Founder, Tommy, has established a reputation for excellence in the tile industry. As a Sales Specialist, you will play a key role in promoting our services and expanding our customer base. You will be responsible for generating leads, meeting with potential clients, and providing detailed quotes that accurately depict the scope of work.


Responsibilities
  • Actively seek out and generate leads through various channels such as referrals, networking events, online marketing platforms, and cold calling
  • Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients to understand their home improvement needs and provide solutions
  • Provide accurate and detailed written quotes to potential clients, ensuring all aspects of the project are covered
  • Maintain consistent communication with clients throughout the sales process, addressing any questions or concerns
  • Collaborate with the project management team to ensure a smooth transition from sales to project execution
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and competitors to effectively position our services in the market
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company

Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales, preferably in the home improvement or construction industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
  • Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities to close deals effectively
  • Knowledge of tile installation and home remodeling processes is a plus
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural plans and drawings
  • Proficiency in using CRM software for lead management and sales tracking
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
