DELVE DEEPER INTO THIS ROLE

Schedule:

You'll work a full-time Monday through Friday schedule.

Day-to-Day:

As an SSVF Case Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting veterans and their families. You will conduct community-based services to ensure that our clients receive the support they need to achieve stability and well-being. Your responsibilities will also include providing case management services, including housing assistance, employment support, financial counseling, and access to healthcare. Collaborating with community partners and agencies, you'll facilitate access to resources and services that veterans need. You'll advocate for clients' rights and entitlements, ensuring they receive appropriate benefits and assistance

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a behavioral health-related field of counseling, psychology, social work, or other behavioral sciences

Experience working with veterans, their families, and homeless populations is preferable as well as having a veteran status.
