The Steve Napleton Dealer Group is looking for a new/used car Sales Manager. This position plays a key role of our management team, the ideal New/Used Car Sales Manager is well-informed and extremely knowledgeable on vehicle selection, performance, accessories, inefficiencies, safety, features and functions, and financing options associated with our new/used inventory. You will also be expected to carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws addressing complaints and resolving problems.

He or she has the ability to lead, mentor, guide, coach, and work with various types of personalities with professionalism and respect. The Sales Manager has the ability and experience in desking and closing deals, motivating sales teams, controlling inventory, appraising vehicles, and acquiring vehicles.

Sales Manager Responsibilities:

  • Organizing and displaying cars on the lot with UCM
  • Acquisitions of used cars on simulcast auctions if needed
  • Appraising cars
  • Reconditioning of used cars when needed
  • Desking deals with salespeople
  • Floor management, making deals with salespeople
  • Managing inventory, assist turning cars over under 2 months
  • Assist with Wholesale cars at auction when needed

** Experience in a high-volume new and pre-owned automotive dealership with a proven track record required **
