Who you are:

  • You have exceptional time management, organizational, and communication skills.

What you will do as the Marketing Communication Specialist:

  • Implement and manage the company’s social media strategy.
  • Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns and programs, measure and analyze activity, pivot campaigns for optimal results, and report insights/learnings.
  • Be the lead for talent acquisition and strategy for TRS’s staff and subcontractor needs.
  • Review candidates for a variety of positions and assist with the interviewing process.
  • Create and share weekly reports with the Vice President.
  • Work hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of related marketing/social media experience
  • Computer skills including MS and social media
  • Experience with or knowledge of construction/restoration
