We are seeking a highly skilled Communications Specialist to join our team at Men's Health Foundation. As a key member of our Communications & Strategy team, you will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing social media, and developing visual communications materials.
About the RoleThis is a unique opportunity to drive change and inspire others through creative and effective communication. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement communication strategies that promote our mission and values.
Key Responsibilities- Craft compelling content for various marketing and communications elements, including social media, digital ads, print ads, and internal communications.
- Manage social media publishing, scheduling, and community management for all MHF/AMMD's active social media accounts.
- Develop and maintain MHF's online business profiles on review platforms like Yelp and Google.
- Assist in coordinating content and producing the monthly internal newsletter.
- Collaborate with the Comms & Strategy team on in-house videography and photography productions.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English, with experience writing marketing copy in Spanish and translating English-language marketing copy into Spanish.
- Proven Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Premiere for Mac proficiency.
- Previous experience editing videos for YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram reels in an in-house role.
- Experience with motion graphics, including GIF creation and animation.
- Excellent time-management skills and experience in advancing projects and initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in communications, advertising, public relations, or a related field.
