The Fleet Maintenance Coordinator will be responsible for assisting the fleet team with customer service issues, working with dealerships to process repairs, facilitate recall repair with locations, assist customers with tire, oil, and other routine maintenance for their fleet vehicle. The Fleet Maintenance Coordinator will report directly to the Fleet Maintenance Manager. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Advocate for customers with local dealerships to assist customers in the processing of repairs for their fleet vehicles.
- Assist in communications with customers and 3rd party vendors as well as SFUS staff for timely vehicle processing.
- Aid in the facilitation of the integrated maintenance program.
- Aid in parts purchasing, inventory control and warranty coverage programs as needed.
- Create and foster good working relationships with vendors, customers, third-party service providers, and other company partners.
- Assist rental customers with service and routine maintenance issues.
- Assist with other SFUS functions as deemed necessary.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Skills
- Thorough knowledge of all phases of service and body shop operations
- Experience with shop software and reporting tools is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail oriented and organized

- Team-player willing to develop others within the organization
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Capacity to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment along with organization under expected timelines

- Motivated self-starter with the ability to perform the above duties with little supervision
Education and/or Experience
- College graduate with a BS/BA degree preferred
- Strong Excel skills
