Join our growing team This is a salaried position with base salary up to $41,600 per year ($20.00 per hr) with a potential $2,500 - $4,000 yearly bonus to potential paid quarterly (Up to $1,000 per Qtr.) if sales, customer & employee retention goals are met.

KPI (key performance indicators) Objectives:
1) Gross Revenue
2) Recurring customers
3) Average customer ratings/quality control (# of quality checks)

Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing day-to-day operations of Two Maids office in Westfield
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under stressful situations
- Embrace, adhere and enforce The Two Maids General Standards
- Implementation and execution of The Two Maids Complete Experience
- Provide high level customer service, and oversee customer & employee satisfaction
- Understand Two Maids policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines & training programs
- Handling customer scheduling including sales, quotes, confirmations, changes & cancellations
- Assist in last minute schedule changes/manage employee call outs. Clean homes when PHCs are absent
- Answering phones, texts, CRM customer requests, including providing customer quotes
- Reading and responding to customer ratings in GatherUp and addressing negative ratings/customer feedback with PHCs to correct any service deficiencies
- Directly involved in all training activities, including cleaning processes inside clients home or offices
- Staff retraining & discipline if required
- Process purchasing requests as needed for cleaning supplies, cleaning equipment & office supplies
- Monitor inventories of cleaning supplies & office supplies.
- Manage & ensure all cleaning equipment & office equipment is operating correctly
- Maintain and ensure office cleanliness
- Maintain laundry of cleaning supplies towels as teams return throughout the day and ensure laundry is clean and ready for the next day
- Recruit, train & retain staff, including new employee orientation, up new hire paperwork & maintaining employee HR files
- Assisting with preparing payroll biweekly

Job Requirements
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Available for employment from 7:30 AM 5 PM, Monday-Friday
  • *ESSENTIAL: Must have a neat, safe and well-maintained & insured automobile & valid driver's license
  • Familiar and comfortable with computers, including using Microsoft Word, scheduling software, Outlook/emailing, etc.
  • Possess basic math skills
  • Fluent in speaking, reading, and writing English
  • Satisfactorily complete a nationwide criminal background check
  • Familiar with leading a team
  • Fluency in Spanish is a big plus
Education:
  • High school diploma (required)
  • Some college/college grad a plus
Experience:
  • 1 or more years of experience managing small business offices. Hospitality, sales and customer service are a big plus.
