Accounts Payable(AP):

  • Enter invoices into Global Shop ERP system using 3 way match
  • Manage A/P inbox
  • Deal directly with vendors on payment and invoice discrepancies
  • Process checks in ERP system and follow through for signatures and distribution
  • Reconcile credit card statements with receipts

Accounts Receivable(AR):

  • Post collection from customers for checks and EFT transactions
  • Collection call to customers to ensure payments are received in a timely manner

Other Responsibilities:

  • Open, sort, & distribute mail to the finance department
  • Maintain file and file system
  • Provide finance metrics for AR & AP as required
  • Maintain fixed assets, vendor and customer records

Experience Requirements:

  • Proficient in Excel, Word and ERP system required
  • Minimum 4 years experience in Accounts Payable and AR collections experience
  • Strong work ethic and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Detail oriented and well organized
