Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team at PrideStaff.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and record customer payments and transactions related to accounts receivable.
  • Perform daily bank runs with deposits.
  • Prepare and submit invoices to customers.
  • Maintain and update customer files.
  • Research customer discrepancies and past-due amounts.
  • Assist in generating monthly billing statements.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in accounts payable or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
