Job Summary: The Account Manager is responsible for managing client accounts and ensuring client satisfaction. This role involves maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver on those needs. The Account Manager serves as the primary point of contact for clients and is crucial in driving account growth and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Relationship Management:

    • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts.
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
    • Understand clients’ business needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions.

  2. Project Coordination:

    • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, sales, product development) to ensure successful delivery of client projects.
    • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and budgets.

  3. Account Growth:

    • Identify opportunities for account growth and expansion.
    • Propose and implement strategies to increase client engagement and satisfaction.
    • Upsell and cross-sell additional products or services as appropriate.

  4. Client Communication:

    • Conduct regular meetings and check-ins with clients to review progress and address any concerns.
    • Prepare and present reports on account performance, including metrics and outcomes.

  5. Problem Resolution:

    • Address and resolve client issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
    • Act as a mediator between clients and internal teams to ensure client needs are met.

  6. Administrative Duties:

    • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, project status, and other relevant information.
    • Prepare and manage contracts, proposals, and invoices.

  7. Market and Industry Knowledge:

    • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape.
    • Provide insights and recommendations based on market knowledge.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in account management, client services, or a related role.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Ability to analyze data and generate reports.
    • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
