Position Summary
We’re looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to join our revenue operations team and help us continue to grow at scale. You’ll be responsible for driving operational efficiencies within sales processes by working cross functionally with the rest of the revenue team.
This role is equal parts strategic and tactical as you’ll have to leverage data to identify opportunities for improvement and then design and implement solutions.
Responsibilities
Work cross functionally with the Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and Onboarding teams to drive efficiencies in our customer acquisition processes.
Make recommendations to help improve internal customers’ productivity & performance; proactively review and identify leading and lagging indicators.
Monitor and analyze sales KPIs to proactively identify areas for improvement.
Work with the Director of Sales and Director of Marketing to create forecasts, identify pipeline gaps and risks.
Help continuously monitor, measure and improve the processes around post sales transition to create a seamless flow into customer onboarding.
Support ad hoc reporting and analysis within Salesforce and other systems.
Develop internal training materials and process documentation
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in sales operations, marketing operations, customer success, demand generation, sales or other related go to market roles.
Basic to intermediate Salesforce CRM administration experience or administrative experience across other similar technologies.
Experience with sales tools such as Gong, SalesLoft, and other adjacent technologies.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to tell stories with data and disseminate across the rest of the organization.
Ability to work independently and drive projects from start to finish in a fast paced environment
Highly collaborative, team oriented, and comfortable leading cross-functional projects
