Dobbino, a wholly owned subsidiary of BBDO that focuses on platform-first social work is looking for a Jr Copywriter. We are looking for a modern take on art direction, someone with maker creator attitude and skills. Passionate about what’s new and what’s next, embraces new technologies, new ideas and new ways to bring them to life. The person needs to be a social platform champion; it won’t hurt if they have a bit of a fan following on the gram or if they’re TikTok famous.


Description

Our Jr Copywriter will work with internal teams to articulate clear ideas to our clients and produce copy that compels and inspires. The ideal person for this role doesn’t just have a keen eye for crafting a story, but also a mindset for strategy in messaging in media spaces.


What you’ll be doing for us…

  • Conceiving and executing advertising ideas that are consistent with the outlined strategy
  • Producing original conceptions as well as clear, concise, and convincing writing that’s accurate in both grammar and material content
  • Partnering with art directors and other creative team members who share the responsibility on the given assignment
  • Contributing to innovative solutions for the agency’s existing business and participating in creative engagement efforts for new business
  • Assisting in communicating and presenting copy to internal teams and clients
  • Creating compelling social and ad copy for clients

What we’re looking for from you…

· 1 year of copywriting experience in an advertising or social media marketing environment

· A portfolio of writing samples (please make sure link is provided)

· Proficient in campaign integration across variety of media

· Bringing large brand experience and/or genuine creative ideas to the table

· Good presentation and communication skills

· Naturally collaborative, with a clear understanding of how a project team operates

· A curiosity about evolving social and digital landscapes, and a genuine love of advertising
