1. Microsoft Dynamics User Support & Troubleshooting
- Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for Microsoft Dynamics users.
- Resolve technical issues related to the Dynamics platform and ensure smooth operation.
- Handle user account registration and management in Microsoft Azure Active Directory.
- Manage access permissions, security settings, and user roles in Microsoft Dynamics.
- Research, recommend, and purchase new PCs according to company needs and standards.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery and setup of hardware.
- Set up new PCs, including hardware installation, software configuration, and network setup.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for PC-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Offer technical assistance and support for Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Conduct training sessions or create documentation to help users maximize their productivity with Office tools.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an IT support role, with specific expertise in Microsoft Dynamics and Microsoft Office products.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure Active Directory, including user account management.
- Proficiency in setting up and troubleshooting PCs, including hardware and software components.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Good communication skills with a customer-oriented approach.
