JOB DUTIES:
- Attract new MF|PM business and substantially grow the company’s MF|PM product revenue, market share and profitability in the region.
- Develop and manage effective business relationships and programs with large MF|PM Flooring Contractors, PM Companies, Apartment Owners and Developers. Have a positive influence on people who make buying decisions.
- Own and manage all MF|PM Request for Proposals (RFPs)
- Communicate new MF|PM product introductions, pricing, marketing programs, promotions, and business development initiatives.
- Achieve MF|PM goals in sales volume, mix, and profitability
- Track all new business development opportunities and initiatives.
- Participate with General Sales Manager in development of sales strategies for strategic accounts. Identify target accounts and opportunities within the framework of the organization-wide strategy.
- Analyze competitive activities and recommend response or action as needed.
- Partner closely with Product, Pricing, Marketing, Customer Service and Operations.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- BS/BA in Marketing/Business or equivalent experience, MBA desirable
- Experience in the building products industry specifically with MF|PM experience preferred.
- Strong presentation and group facilitation skills required
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to interact effectively with all levels of personnel
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Computer proficiency (MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Up to 50% business travel, including overnight.
