We are seeking a motivated Life Sales Marketing Specialist at DDHQ to work collaboratively with Agency Owners and District Managers, enhancing their understanding and execution of life insurance and financial products. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our Life and Financial Services division through expert guidance and robust training initiatives.


Compensation Package:


  • $60K annual base salary
  • UP TO $40K in performance-based bonus potential, rewarding achievement of specific targets and exceptional contributions to team goals
  • Life Commission Split: Earn a significant percentage of the commission on each Life Insurance policy sold. The specific split will be detailed during the interview process and is designed to reward high performance.

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive support to Agency Owners and their teams in the areas of life insurance policy writing and servicing.
  • Consistently meet or exceed individual targets for self-sourced life and financial services business.
  • Assist in the strategic planning and execution of business plans to enhance production levels and achieve assigned sales goals.
  • Collaborate with the Distribution Manager to develop and implement effective sales strategies for Life and FFS products.
  • Design and deliver high-impact sales and product training sessions, including compliance-approved presentations, innovative marketing techniques, and cross-selling strategies.
  • Facilitate joint sales calls and diverse training modules, ranging from in-person workshops to webinars.
  • Liaise with the Distribution Team to establish and meet targeted goals for life and financial services.
  • Perform additional duties as required to support the department and company objectives.

Requirements
  • Possess active Life and Health insurance licenses.
  • FINRA Series 6 and 63 licenses, or the ability to secure such registrations within 180 days, if not currently held.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct effective training using contemporary digital tools.


Experience Requirements:


Minimum of four years of direct experience in financial services, either in personal production or field support roles.


Special Skills:


  • In-depth knowledge of life insurance products and industry standards.
  • Strong track record in consultative sales with proven ability to recommend solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information.
  • Understanding of mutual funds, associated broker/dealer relationships, and relevant compliance regulations.
