Compensation Package:

• $60K annual base salary

Mon-Fri Schedule

• Conduct regular visits to each agent's office every 30 days to provide personalized training and support.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with agents to assist in the growth of their commercial business.
• Diligently track and report on agent performance, including activities, results, and progress towards financial incentives and promotions.
• Support agents in the submission of quotes, assist with underwriting and sales efforts, and facilitate client communications and appointments.
• Organize and lead two group training sessions monthly at the District Office to enhance agent knowledge and skills in commercial insurance.
• Consistently meet or exceed annual commercial sales quotas and support agents in achieving year-on-year growth in new business premiums.
• Implement and promote the adoption of a district-led commercial marketing system by at least 50% of the agents by year-end.

• Proven experience in commercial sales or a related field within the insurance industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively manage relationships and foster a collaborative team environment.
• Demonstrated ability to train and mentor individuals or groups, with a focus on tangible outcomes.
• Strategic thinker with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and learning.

Goals:

• Generate $400,000 in new business premium during the first year of the DCT agreement.
• Increase the proportion of agents actively writing commercial policies to 80%, with over 50% issuing at least one new policy per month.
• Elevate our commercial retention ratio to exceed 85%.
• Achieve 3 million a year in new commercial premium.
