3 Skill Levels Means | | For each position, we need candidates at three distinct experience levels:

1. Junior Level:
- 3 years of relevant experience
- Entry-level to early career professionals
- May have recently graduated or transitioned into the field

2. Intermediate Level:
- 5 years of relevant experience
- Solid understanding of core concepts and technologies
- Able to work independently on most tasks

3. Senior Level:
- 7+ years of relevant experience
- Deep expertise in the required technologies and methodologies
- Capable of mentoring junior team members and leading complex tasks


Optional Certificates
  • ISTQB Certified Tester
  • Certified Agile Tester (CAT)
  • Selenium Certification
Min Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in software testing
  • Experience with manual and automated testing
Prefered Requirements
  • Experience with Java and Angular testing
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies
  • Knowledge of research administration systems
  • Experience in staff augmentation projects
Skill Set
  • Proficiency in creating and executing test plans and cases
  • Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit)
  • Knowledge of SQL for database testing
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
