Job Summary

MOGAS Industries is seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join our QHSE department. This role will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of our products and processes through effective application of quality concepts, in line with our internal quality standards, external Quality Management Systems certifications, customer requirements, and other applicable standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain the integrity of MOGAS products and processes through effective application of quality concepts.
  • Provide Quality Engineering support to MOGAS departments and functions along the value stream, ensuring flawless execution of projects, orders, and initiatives from conceptual stage to delivery and commissioning.
  • Ensure continuous improvement of MOGAS products and processes by leading and facilitating cross-functional events and initiatives.
  • Catalyst and resource for Quality and Process improvements, driving excellence through utilization of Six Sigma and Lean methodologies and tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (i.e. Mechanical or Industrial) or other technical areas required.
  • Mechanical aptitude (i.e. intuitive understanding of mechanical or engineering processes).
  • Change management and superior interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of driving continuous improvement through application of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies and tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Formal previous training in Lean and Six Sigma, Process Control and SPC, variation reduction, Problem Solving techniques, DOE, etc.
  • Formal training in Quality Management Systems and Internal Auditor Certification.
