Are you an enthusiastic and energetic individual with a passion for marketing and events? Renewal by Andersen, the leading window replacement company in the U.S., is looking for an Events Marketing Manager to be the face and voice of our brand in the Greater Springfield, MO area.

Our commitment to excellence begins with a free in-home consultation and extends to the custom creation of energy-efficient composite windows, culminating in their professional installation for optimal performance.

What You’ll Do: As our Events Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in increasing brand awareness and driving sales by promoting our products through various media channels, such as home shows, retail locations, dinners, and HOA meetings. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to achieve our marketing goals and objectives. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging in conversations with prospective customers and educating them about our products.
  • Collaborating with sales and marketing staff to conceptualize marketing campaigns and strategies.
  • Building rapport with customers and vendors.
  • Tracking customer preferences, metrics, and media campaigns.
  • Representing the company at product launches, events, our showroom, and trade shows.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in event marketing or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
  • A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
