  • Coordinates and oversees the day-to-day operations of the front desk
  • Professionally greets, registers and assigns rooms to guests at the front desk while providing the highest level of service possible in an efficient and courteous manner
  • Identifies the needs of each guest and provide relevant information regarding the premise services and amenities, registration of guests and shopping, dining, entertainment and travel directions
  • Processes guest registrations, maintaining the property management system with the most up-to-date information
  • Computes bill, collects payment and makes changes for guests in reservations and charges
