The Human Resources Manager serves as head of the Human Resources Department. Develops a strong working relationship with team members to provide leadership for establishing and implementing human resources strategy that meets the corporate business plans, needs and objectives of Mannapov LLC.

Responsible for planning, implementation of and, managing recruitment. Includes training, career, and organizational development initiatives. Oversees compensation and benefits, HRIS, employee engagement, recruitment and retention.

Works with management to maximize productivity of organization by optimizing effectiveness of employees while simultaneously improving work life of employees and understanding employees as valuable resource. Promote development, employee satisfaction, and compliance with employment related laws.

Possesses the skills and implements the functions of a leader. Shares values, missions, and vision. Consistently displays integrity, model behavior, develops people, and assist management in building teams. Influences and enables others.

Organizational Development

· Designs, directs and manages a process or organizational and development that addresses issues such as succession planning, workforce development, employee retention, organization design, and change management.

· Manages employee communication and feedback through company meetings, suggestion programs, employee satisfaction surveys, newsletters, employee focus groups, one-on-one meetings.

· Identifies and monitors Mannapov LLC culture so it supports the company’s goals and promotes employee satisfaction.

· Keeps the CEO executive team informed of management employee opportunities.

Essential Functions

1. Provides oversight of the day-today operations of Human Resource Department.

2. Provides leadership for employee relations through effective communications, coaching, training, and development.

3. Assists leadership by facilitating improved working relationships.

4. Develops strategic recruitment and retention plans.

5. Creates relationships with HR vendors.

6. Oversees talent acquisition, training and leadership development, career development, and benefits.

7. Conducts investigations of employee complaints or concerns.

8. Provides HR statistics.

9. Develops and manages HR budget.

10. Proposes the company wage and salary structure, pay policies, and provides input for the variable pay systems within the company including bonuses and raises.

11. Conducts competitive market research to propose and implement pay ranges that help to recruit and retain talented staff.

12. Prepares HR reports for management staff.

13. Develops and manages procedures for processing applications.

14. Develops onboarding and orientation programs.

15. Suggest and monitors plan for management succession.

16. Proposes and implements compensation and benefit plans.

17. Recommends changes in benefits offered, especially new benefits aimed at employee satisfaction and retention.

18. Provides strategic leadership of HR.

19. Ensures HR goals are met.

20. Formulates and recommends human resources policies and objectives for the company with regard to employee relations.

21. Partners with management to communicate human resources policies, procedures, programs and laws.

22. Determines and recommends employee relations practices necessary to establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale and motivation.

23. Monitors and advises managers and supervisors in the discipline/counseling system of the company.

24. Monitors the implementation of a performance improvement process with non-performing employees., including assisting supervisors in annual reviews for all Mannapov employees.

25. Recommends and guides management recommendations for employment terminations.

26. Leads the implementation of company health programs.

27. Serves as the primary contact with the company labor attorney and outside government agencies.

28. Protects the interests of the company by adhering to human resources policies and governmental laws and regulations.

29. Oversees insurance policies covering liability, and worker’s compensation.

30. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Required Experience

1. Bachelor’s degree and/or minimum of 10 years of Human Resources manager experience.

2. PHR/SPHR a plus.

Supervisory Responsibility
This position manages all employees of the Human Resources division and is responsible for leadership, performance management and hiring of the employees within the department.

Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Physical Demands
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands and fingers, and reach with hands and arms.

This job requires the employee to lift at least 15 lbs. infrequently.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

Travel
Some out of area travel and overnight may be expected.
