Jumpstart your new insurance career and earn up to $90,000 in the first year.


As an entry level insurance sales agent, you will utilize our award-winning company training and systems to:

  • Offer solutions to clients insurance and financial services needs
  • We will provide you with free leads. With our advertising and investments in marketing, we have an abundance of leads and need strong sales people with a knack for closing to work them
  • New agents can achieve production-based bonuses over $11,000 in the first year
  • Earn $4,000 graduation bonus and a $5,000 agency opening sign-on bonus in the first year
  • Paid training with a top agent and Presidents Council district team

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Learning about the company's products and services.
  • Building relationships with clients and identifying their insurance needs.
  • Assisting clients with insurance applications and paperwork.
  • Collaborating with senior sales agents to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Developing and maintaining a pipeline of potential customers.
  • Providing excellent customer service to clients.
  • Meeting sales targets and quotas set by the agent.


It's important to note that as a trainee in insurance sales, your job responsibilities may evolve over time as you gain experience and progress in your career.

REQUIRMENTS:

  • Our entry level insurance sales agents come from diverse professional backgrounds, many of which do not have previous sales experience.
  • Sales-minded and competitive
  • Passion for people and developing sales relationships
  • Goal-oriented, with a focus on achieving sales success
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to achieve high sales targets
  • Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability and ethical behavior
  • Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and listening
  • Must have strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Must be motivated, determined and coachable
