Responsibilities

Customer Support: Provide prompt and courteous customer support, assisting clients with their inquiries, concerns, and policy-related questions.

Issue Resolution: Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and satisfactory manner, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Policy Information: Educate customers about different insurance policies, coverage options, and additional services, helping them make informed decisions.

Data Entry: Accurately enter and update customer information and policy details in our database.

Documentation: Maintain thorough and organized customer records, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.


Requirements

Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in the insurance industry or a related field.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.

Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy when entering and updating customer information.

Empathy and Patience: Ability to empathize with customers and demonstrate patience and understanding, even in challenging situations.

Problem-Solving Ability: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and find appropriate solutions.
