Project Management:
• Plan, execute, and oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring they
align with the strategic goals of the organization.
• Coordinate project meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and
following up on action items.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, assigning tasks and managing project timelines.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to keep
projects on track.
• Prepare detailed project reports and updates for the CEO and other stakeholders.


Executive Assistance:
• Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including managing calendars,
scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
• Organize and prepare for executive meetings, including drafting agendas, gathering
necessary materials, and recording minutes.
• Conduct research and compile data to support the CEO in decision-making
processes.
Financial Analysis:
• Perform financial analysis and modeling to support strategic initiatives and business
decisions.
• Prepare comprehensive financial reports for review by the CEO.
• Assist in the preparation of presentations and documents related to financial
performance and strategic planning.
Presentation Creation:
• Develop and design high-impact presentations for internal and external
stakeholders.
• Create visually appealing and informative slides that effectively communicate key
messages and data.
• Ensure all presentation materials are accurate, polished, and delivered on time.
Additional Responsibilities:
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned by the CEO.
• Act as a liaison between the CEO and various internal and external parties.

• Adhere to all applicable HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act)
and 42 CFR Part 2 guidelines to ensure confidentiality of patient information.
• Knowledge of legal policies and regulations in the healthcare industry.

The Full-time position is a full-time exempt (salaried) position.

Travel: percentage of travel time expected for the position where the travel occurs, such as
locally or in specific countries or states, and whether the travel is overnight.
• Must possess a current valid driver’s license in good standing in state of employment
and be insurable by the designated carrier. This role is required to drive for company
purposes.
• Travel up to 10% may be required to attend meetings and conferences.
Any motor vehicle accident or tickets received while driving for company business must be reported
immediately to your manager or manager on duty.
Required education and experience: Education and experience based on requirements that are
job-related and consistent with business necessity.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Project Management, or a
related field.
• Three (3) years of experience in project management, financial analysis, and executive
support.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling and analysis.
• Familiarity with financial software and tools such as Tableau, UKG (Ultimate Kronos
Group) or similar.
Preferred education and experience: Preferred education and experience based on
requirements that are job-related and consistent with business necessity.
• SUD (substance use disorder) or Healthcare experience
• Certification in Project Management (PMP (Project Management Professional) o
