Omni Community Health is looking for a trauma competent, quality-driven professional to join our amazing team as the Medical Records Coordinator. As part of the Omni Family of Services, Omni Community Health is a behavioral health organization providing and coordinating care for children and adults. Our mission is to provide hope and healing. To be the provider of choice for those in need and our referring partners who are seeking innovative, quality family and community services which improve lives. The Medical Records Coordinator is critical to achieving this focus.
As the Medical Records Coordinator, you would be responsible for gathering, processing and maintaining patient’s medical records. The Medical Records Coordinator is also responsible for processing and releasing patient information for multiple locations throughout the region in a timely manner. Medical Records request are generally received through designated Centralized Medical Records email, eFax boxes, and received calls.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- One or more years of experience or training in an administrative role or equivalent combination of education and experience recommended.

- Knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database and presentation software (MSWord, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
- Valid Driver’s License
