Job DescriptionJob DescriptionShipping & ReceivingPay Rate: $23.02 + .50 cent shift premium hourly compensation Location: Milwaukee, WIHours: 2nd shift, Monday – Friday, 2 pm to 10 pm As a Shipping and Receiving Person you will operate a sit-down, forklift in the shipping and receiving areas, always prioritizing safety. Perform all material handling required to support manufacturing/packaging operations and Shipping and Receiving. Will include movement of material to and from warehouses, shipping areas, operation of UPS equipment, shipping labels, international and domestic shipping procedures. Responsibilities:
  • Weigh, count, pack, place parts into storage.
  • Use computer to locate stock and retrieve, also to maintain inventory.
  • Set up and track shipments, maintain accurate files to trace shipments and receipts.
  • Report production perform cycle counts, comply with QS 9000 procedures.
Requirements:
  • Forklift certification ideal but will review candidates with prior forklift driving experience.
  • Ability to count and weigh materials, good math skills, attention to detail and safety conscious.
  • Shipping & Receiving experience and computer skills.
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
