Position Overview:
KODA Technologies is looking for a Research Mechanical Engineering Intern to join our team.
The candidate must have:
- Completed the following engineering courses:
- Thermodynamics
- Fluid mechanics
- Structures
- Materials
- Propulsion fundamentals
- A bachelor's degree in engineering or physics preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience modeling structures with the Ansys software package.
- Must be able to add material properties
- Must be able to map pressure and temperature fields onto models
- Must be able to perform transient simulations
- Experience writing technical reports and performing on-line literature searches
- Experience working with teams in a dynamic environment
