Lone Star Distribution is a local distributor of a 110yr old American made product and we are currently in an expansion phase.We need a recruiter for our sales department,who will help us continue our growth. Recruiting is the beginning of any successful organization and you can play a key role in this position. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE RECRUITING DEPARTMENT:

*Places recruiting ads on social media sites and other platforms

*Arranges for proper recruiting environment

*Scheduling and performing interviews 2 days a week

*Coordinates college recruiting when applicable

*Promotes personal recruiting program

*Keeps accurate records

*Conducts product training programs for new representatives 3 days a week

*Follows through on orientation of new dealers to insure maximum benefit

*Able to take calls over the weekend

*The primary mission of a Recruiter is to consistently recruit and develop new dealers for the organization to insure the growth of the Distributorship.
