Position Overview: We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic Loan Specialists to join our teams in Buffalo, Lockport, and Niagara Falls, NY. The Loan Specialists will play a crucial role in guiding our customers through the financing process and with their vehicle purchases, providing them with information and guidance to make informed financial decisions, and ensuring a positive buying experience.

1. Pre-Approved and Appointed Customers: The majority of customer interactions at EZ Loan Auto Sales are with pre-approved and appointed customers who have been carefully handled by our BDC (Business Development Center) representatives. This means you'll spend less time prospecting and more time assisting customers who are ready to make a purchase.
2. No High-Pressure Sales: We don't engage in high-pressure sales tactics. There is no additional selling of warranties, aftermarket parts, or anything of the sort. Our focus is on helping customers find the right financing solutions and vehicles that fit their needs.
3. Helping Customers with Credit Concerns: As a Loan Specialist at EZ Loan Auto Sales, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of customers who have credit concerns. You'll assist them in getting approved for financing and finding a vehicle that suits their needs, all while they have the opportunity to build and establish credit.
4. No flooded sales floors: We carefully create a balanced sales floor ensuring every person the adequate amount of opportunity and leads they need to be successful.
5. Work Life Balance: No Sundays, No late nights. We’re open 9-5 or 9-6 at the latest. We believe your life should be balanced between work, family and hobbies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist customers who visit the respective dealership locations, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.• Actively engage with potential buyers to understand their financing needs and preferences.• Explain program details, answer questions, and guide customers through the loan application and vehicle purchasing process.• Collect necessary documents for the underwriting department to complete customer applications• Collaborate with the sales team to close deals and ensure a seamless customer experience.• Follow up with prospective customers through phone calls and emails to nurture leads and build relationships.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.• Customer facing experience is preferred• Self-motivated and goal driven• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• Strong customer service orientation and a genuine desire to assist customers.• Strong attention to detail• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.• Basic computer skills• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
