Data Center Technical Administrator

Contract-to-Hire

Hybrid Remote/Onsite in Alpharetta

Our client in the financial services industry is looking for a Data Center Technical Administrator (DCTA) to join their team for a long-term contract to hire opportunity

General Qualifications/Skills

The DCTA shall generally meet the following qualifications and possess the following skills:

oProficiency with managing information in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Visio, Etc.)

oAbove average communication skills (both verbal and written)

oExcellent organizational skills

oThe DCTA will provide off-site administrative support for the DCIT team

oThe ability to work completely independently, along with maintaining a high level of engagement with the governing leadership team


The functional role of this positional may include, but is not limited to -

Data center access processing and administration

Cable work order (CWO) processing and administration

Generating and creating eSD /IMAPP DCIM event ticketing

Infrastructure maintenance events

Coordinating service call processing with remote/smart hands, 3rd party vendors, etc.

Administration and managing the DCIT calendar event plotting, process and record keeping

Essential Responsibilities:

Data center access processing and administration

Cable work order (CWO) processing and reporting

Creating eSD event ticketing and system maintenance

Coordinating DCIT service call processing with remote/smart hands, 3rd party vendors, etc.

Managing the DCIT calendar event plotting, DCIT process & documentation maintenance, DCIT G-Suite folder/files administration & maintenance

Compliance audit cycle reporting (report artifacts collection & team leader certifications)

Completing general DCIT administrative functions

Qualifications:

Prefer 3-5 years of experience in the following areas:

Knowledge of Data communications and Telecommunications

Technical records keeping and reporting

Process administration and resource management

PCI audit processes

Outlook, MS Office applications and Google G-Suite software, tools, apps

Ticketing systems

Work Assignment / Location: This position is preferred to be office based in the Alpharetta Windward office on a flexible part time + WFH schedule (TBD)
