Responsibilities:

  1. Client Acquisition and Relationship Building:
    • Prospect and cultivate relationships with potential clients looking to buy or sell, in the resort community.
    • Conduct market research and stay informed about current real estate trends in the area.
    • Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with clients.
  2. Property Listings and Showings:
    • Create and manage property listings, showcasing the unique features and benefits of Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort.
    • Conduct property showings and tours for potential buyers.
    • Advise clients on property values, market conditions, and pricing strategies.
    • Must be able to be on-site in a rotation basis.
  3. Negotiation and Transaction Management:
    • Negotiate terms and conditions on behalf of clients to achieve the best possible outcomes.
    • Coordinate and manage real estate transactions, ensuring all legal and contractual requirements are met.
    • Collaborate with other real estate professionals, including mortgage lenders and inspectors, to facilitate smooth transactions.
  4. Marketing and Promotion:
    • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote properties within the resort community.
    • Utilize various channels, including online platforms and social media, to enhance property visibility.
    • Participate in networking events and community outreach to expand the client base.
  5. Administrative Tasks:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of property listings, client interactions, and transactions.
    • Prepare and present reports on market activity, trends, and sales performance.

Qualifications:

  • Must have a Real estate license in the state of Florida.
  • Proven track record of success in real estate sales.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
