Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential homebuyers and provide them with relevant information about properties that align with their needs and financial plans.
  • Serve as the liaison between buyers and sellers to facilitate successful transactions.
  • Organize open houses to familiarize clients with the local real estate landscape.
  • Follow up with prospects post-initial meeting through various communication channels to nurture leads and build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Draft representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing documents, deeds, and leases to ensure seamless transactions.
  • Assist clients in the buying and selling of properties.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to assess property values.
  • Engage fully in our mentorship initiative.
  • Showcase properties to interested buyers.
  • Guide clients through the intricacies of real estate transactions.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and address client inquiries and concerns.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients, colleagues, and industry professionals.
  • Stay informed about real estate market trends and legal updates.
  • Negotiate terms and contracts on behalf of clients.

Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with local real estate market conditions and trends.
  • Demonstrated success in real estate.
  • A high school diploma is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • A valid U.S. driver's license and the ability to travel by car.
  • Preferred experience of over one year as a buyer's agent or in real estate.

Compensation: $75,000+ at plan commission.
