Job DescriptionJob DescriptionThe Branch Manager will direct and supervise the staff and day-to-day operations in the assigned branch location, ensuring delivery of quality customer service and achievement of sales, rental, service or productivity goals.

Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Check P&L Daily.
  • Enforce all procedures and rules of the company handbook on employees. (Enforce roles and responsibilities for all employees)
  • Approval of PTO, Purchases, and Department Changes.
  • Maintain vendor relations. (Ordering of Wholesale Carts, Ordering of New Carts, and Create Build Tickets for Refurbs)
  • Conduct new employee training.
  • Set procedure and margins for all departments.
  • Manage department budgets and overhead costs.
  • Disciplinary actions i.e. Verbal, Written and Terminations.
  • Approve new hire as hiring manager for your location.
  • Conduct a weekly meeting with department managers for your location.
  • Review weekly/monthly/quarterly reports for Service Department. (Time In/Time Out vs Hours billed, AGC Warranty Claims. Warranty Claims from Manufacture, Back Ordered Parts for Sales Orders, Abandoned cars, Legacy Accounts)
  • Review weekly/monthly/quarterly reports for Shop Foreman. (Equipment Inspections and Log Time In/Time Out on all Sales Tickets)
  • Review weekly/monthly/quarterly reports for Office Admin. (Open purchase order, Created open transactions for prior month)
  • Review weekly/monthly/quarterly reports for Rentals. (Cars Needed to be Sold from Rentals, Cars Needed for Rentals)
  • Manage sales department. (Ordering all Used Cars, Manage Sales board, Keep Showroom Neat and Clean, Customer Friendly, Maintain Clipboards for Changing of all Retail Showroom Cars, Work with Sales Manager to Highlight a Monthly Focus of Different Customers Accounts/Categories)
  • Delegate the collection of open A/R balances for department managers.
  • Ensure Time management of All Employees. (Strict Adherence of Deadline)
  • Maintain Relationships with Top 10 B2B Customers.
  • Establish Market Competitive Rates Across all Company Positions.
  • Assist all Managers with any Issues within Their Department.
  • Check Pricing on all Parts and Order all Used Cars.
  • Check all reports in Netsuite and update accordingly.

Pay: Based on experience; includes a base pay with an incentive structure.
