DIRECTOR OF IMPLEMENTATION

ProService is seeking a Director of Implementation, charged with enhancing our onboarding processes to have the capacity to handle the implementation of 1,000+ WSEs per month in 2024. Your leadership will be pivotal in helping us achieve an impressive 70 NPS score and 80% response rate, by delivering quality and consistent service.

As the Director of Implementation, you will lead efforts to optimize workflows and refine configurations, driving service excellence and client satisfaction. You will build a high-performing team that excels in both efficiency and client partnership, and that collaborates effectively with our Sales and Service Delivery teams.

With a team of 30+ Implementation experts under your guidance, you'll attract, nurture, and retain top talent, fostering a work culture of service excellence, collaboration and client empathy. By continuously improving processes and managing team capacity effectively, you will elevate client advocacy and enhance employee engagement.

By fostering an environment of continuous improvement, you'll ensure our Implementation operations are adaptable and efficient, and will position ProService Hawaii for scalable success.

The base compensation for this position is $150,000 to $170,000 annualized depending on experience and qualifications. This role is eligible for an additional compensation incentive in the form of performance based commissions/bonuses. The commission/bonus payout is between $10,000 and $15,000 annually when performing within the target range.

To ensure effective collaboration and alignment with our team's workflow, we have a preference for candidates who are based in or willing to work within HST. While this is not a strict requirement, priority will be given to candidates who can accommodate this aspect of the role.
