When you join us as a Manager, Revenue Cycle Performance Analytics, you will be joining a dedicated team of professionals who deliver quality, value, and access in the 21st century and align all stakeholders- patients, providers, payors, and regulators to achieve the best clinical outcomes.

Revenue Cycle Performance Manager serves as industry expert while identifying best revenue cycle practices in RadNet client/partner locations. Reporting into our Vice President of Revenue Cycle, this position will be part of a small, fast-paced team taking on analytically focused projects that improve our revenue cycle performance. Responsible for direct supervision of a small team of analysts while ensure maximum productivity and value is derived from the team through accountability and follow through on assignments. Must have the ability to envision, develop, and structure analytical approaches as part of ongoing strategic initiatives. Must have the ability to critically think through questions, review data and KPI’s. Ultimately, this position will have a direct impact on the growth of the company and our ability to provide a better patient experience at a time in their healthcare journey when they need help most.

You Will:

  • Supervise and direct the priorities of the Performance Analysts in routine and ad hoc analysis/ reporting.
  • Oversee preparation of formal reports documenting revenue cycle opportunities for improvement, identify the responsible party or owner of each opportunity, and show financial metrics for all revenue related opportunities.
  • Use project management and process innovation methodology in all revenue cycle opportunities and implementations.
  • Partner with clinical and administrative leaders in conducting and interpreting revenue cycle opportunities whenever possible to promote a “shared vision” approach to potential changes.
  • Develop new and enhance existing metrics, KPIs, and dashboards to provide operational and strategic views of current progress against targeted objectives along with insight into new opportunities.
  • Assist in the collection and analysis of qualitative /quantitative data and prepare routine and ad-hoc analyses and reporting for leadership. [CR1] Apply concepts and tools of health care economics to enhance understanding of utilization, quality and performance patterns across health care networks.
  • Support RadNet leadership's strategic, financial and operational decision-making by collaborating with management staff to provide rigorous analysis in support of RadNet revenue cycle operational objectives.

You Are:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration, Computer Science or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
  • Minimum 5 years experience with medical claim business system software.
  • Minimum 5 years Health insurer industry experience, with business knowledge of benefits, claim systems, and adjudication principles.
  • Minimum 5 years of medical and/or benefit policies, provider contract and/or employer plan designs, professional and facility claim processing, and medical terminology and industry standard code sets (CPT-4, ICD-9-CM, ICD-10, etc).
  • Minimum 5 years experience managing multiple assignments, independently determine solutions, and anticipate/prevent potential problems.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in Microsoft Excel, and extensive use of data query logic.
