Better Home Care is currently seeking a Bilingual Scheduling Coordinator to provide exceptional service to all our clients. This role is based out of our main office in Feasterville-Trevose.

We are a fast-paced, compassionate, and growing Philadelphia-based home care agency that provides in home pediatric, geriatric, and home health aide services. For every patient, we provide constant communication, updates, and individualized care plans to foster their goals, wellness, and overall total health. Our team-based approach to care allows for maximum trust and continuity when it comes to the care of those in need.

How You will Make an Impact

As our Scheduling Coordinator, you will make an impact on our community through establishing rapport with our field staff employees to provide consistent, high quality care to our patients. In this sense, you are the face of our company. As the face of Better Home Care, you will champion our values of compassionate care , legendary service, and integrity.

In this role, you will aid the success of the company through managing the schedules of our HHA, CNA, and LPN field staff to serve our patients effectively, providing continuity of care through consistent schedules.

What You Will Need

· Must be bilingual in Russian and English

· Excellent Customer Service Skills

· Experience in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multi-task

· Experience in a home health or healthcare

· Proficient in Microsoft computer programs, with general computer literacy skills.
