**About the role**:
**Required Skills and Knowledge**:
**Key responsibilities**:

- Performs root cause analysis of incidents and aggregates findings to fuel Problem Management processes
- Recommends system solutions by comparing advantages and disadvantages of custom development and purchase alternatives.
- Leads initiatives by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities; contributing to team meetings.
- Supports operations team and business users by assisting in developing documentation.
- Updates job knowledge by researching new internet/intranet technologies and software products; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications.

**Required Skills and Knowledge**:

- Utilize strong product knowledge to analyze new product requirements and coordinate the activities of the development team
- Experience with Low-Code development platforms such as OutSystems and KONY
- Experienced with cloud-based identity and access management providers such as Okta
- Strong understanding of security concepts such Active Directory, LDAP, SSO/SAML
- Experience with API management technologies such as MuleSoft, Hasura GraphQL
- Experience performing integration use cases involving multiple systems and complex business logic tying in system, process, and experience API layers
- Solid knowledge of: REST, SOAP, HTTP, JSON, XML, WCF
- Develop a comprehensive monitoring and alerting alert on symptoms and potential issues to prevent outages.

**About you**:

- Should have sense of ownership, urgency and self-motivation
- Affinity to work in international and multi-cultural environment with a good English written & verbal communication skill, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create concise and clear technical documentations and review the technical deliverables.
- Ability to learn new technologies as required
- Ability to work on multiple projects with limited day to day guidance
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions provided in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form including the aptitude to take non-technical requirements and convert them into technical requirements.

**About you cont**:

- Minimum 3 years progressive software development experience.
- Experience in projects related to travel data management industry
- Exposure and expertise in leading business and IT teams in the design, development, testing and delivery of large-scale process change is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years managing Azure, AWS or other cloud based workloads
- Prior Experience with DevOps practices
- Bachelor of Science or Master of Science in a computer-related field or equivalent experience
- Professional certifications such as MCTS, MCPD, MCAD, MCSD, Java, J2EE, AWS certificates or SQL Server is a plus.
- English and proficiency in any second languages
- May require work in shift.
