ResponsibilitiesJob Responsibilities:
- Handle client scheduling, communication, follow up calls, and answer any questions from potential or current clients
- Gather and maintain client data; keep track of all client referrals
- Collect all payments; insurance verification
- Communicate with physical therapists about scheduling, patient arrivals, and patient needs
- Keep a log of all reports sent to and from doctors
- Managing day-to-day operations of the clinic including but not limited to opening and closing the clinic, monitoring inventory and supplies, and maintaining a professional appearance throughout the clinic
- Ensure patient satisfaction
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Great communicator and multitasker, detail-oriented
- Positive attitude, good work ethic, integrity and empathetic toward people that are in pain
