Are you passionate about helping others in need? Equi-Venture Farms LLC in Topeka, KS is seeking dedicated, dependable, and energetic Adult Caregivers to join our team. As part of our mission to enhance the lives of clients, you will be responsible for delivering personalized care and support to adults with Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities in a home or day service setting. Your role will involve assisting with daily activities, providing companionship, medication administration, and ensuring the well-being of those under your care. At Equi-Venture Farms LLC, we offer a supportive and rewarding work environment where you can make a real difference in the lives of others. With a competitive hourly salary of $13 - $15, this is an opportunity to showcase your caregiving skills and positively impact the lives of clients.

Compensation:

$13 - $15 hourly

Responsibilities:
  • Administering medications
  • Cooking or helping with meals
  • Ensuring a safe and clean house
  • Completing daily documentation
  • Managing activities
  • Managing daily routines
Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of experience in home health caregiving
  • Valid driver's license
  • Behavioral health experience
  • US work authorization
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, & overnights
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate both verbal & written
  • High School Diploma or GED

Our mission is to provide the highest standard of care, supports, & services to adults with IDD (Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities). EVF has a strong tradition of professional collaboration, integrity, & community involvement.


EVF offers flexible hours both full time and part time. Shifts include day, afternoons, and overnight shifts (12 hour). EVF offers health insurance coverage for FT employees. Bonus programs include monthly compensation for perfect attendance and and a referral program which offers $500 for successful referrals that are hired.
