Job Overview:
We are seeking a caring and dedicated caregiver to enhance our expanding team. The ideal candidate possesses a positive attitude, a warm personality, and the capability to provide various levels of assistance to our clients.
Compensation: Starting at $14 based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist elderly patients or those recovering from medical procedures with personal hygiene needs, including bathing, dressing, and eating.
- Remind clients to take their prescribed medications.
- Support clients with mobility within the home or during outings (e.g., medical appointments, walks).
- Help with personal care and hygiene tasks.
- Plan and prepare nutritious meals.
- Shop for clients or accompany them during shopping trips.
- Perform light housekeeping duties.
- Report any unusual occurrences and respond promptly in emergencies.
- Facilitate daily living activities by assisting clients with meals and other necessary tasks.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and assist with client transportation (e.g., using a Gait Belt or Hoyer Lift).
Qualifications:
- Previous paid caregiving experience and/or certification as a CNA, PCA, LPN, or RN.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Successfully pass a comprehensive background and reference check.
- Complete PHC's skills and knowledge assessment.
- Possess a valid Driver's License, a clean driving record, and a reliable insured vehicle.
- Basic proficiency in English (speaking, reading, and writing); High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Work Locations: Various locations available.
