The candidate will manage a go-to-market sales team of around 3 people so the role is player manager in nature.Candidates must have experience in selling complex software solutions to the telecoms service providers in the region and have an existing contact base there. Candidates will be expected to invoice a base salary and a variable scheme (60:40 split).Please ignore the salaries mentioned on the job board - there is flexibility.
