Executive Assistant - Healthcare

The Executive Assistant will provide administrative support to the executive team and will be responsible for a variety of tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, conference calls, and travel arrangements

  • Organize and coordinate executive outreach and external relations efforts

  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations

  • Manage and maintain executive expense reports

  • Assist with special projects as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business administration or related field

  • 1+ years of experience in an executive assistant role

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
