In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the donation and warehouse receiving and pick-up dock area, ensuring seamless operations and delivering top-notch customer service. Your contribution will be pivotal in advancing our mission of constructing homes for those in need. Responsibilities

The Senior Assistant ReStore Manager plays a crucial role in supporting the ReStore Manager in the day-to-day operations of the store. This role actively contributes to the store's sales targets, ensuring that donated items are properly priced and merchandised on the sales floor, and leading and supervising the team to complete daily operational SOP. The Senior Assistant Store Manager models Habitat Bucks' core ethical principles and demonstrates unwavering commitment to the organization's mission in all their actions and interactions.

Creating a positive and safe work environment through teamwork and collaboration, you'll play a pivotal role in assisting the ReStore Manager to achieve the goals set forth and allow Habitat Bucks to fulfill its mission to the community. Being detail-oriented and proficient in Microsoft tools will be essential for managing store operations efficiently. Additionally, having experience with creating engaging content on social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram Reels will help promote our store and mission effectively.
