JOIN THE RHM TEAM

The Customer Support Associate Responsibilities Include:

  • Welcome and greet any incoming traffic at local offices.
  • Attend daily office meetings with prepared updates and announcements.
  • Collection of timecards on a weekly basis and submittal of hours to payroll team.
  • Update and maintain client master lists.
  • Onboard new clients and input data into CRM.
  • Evaluate and process workers' compensation claims.
  • Conduct and audit contractor unemployment claims on a weekly basis.
  • Process all I-9 documentation.
  • Schedule drug screenings and conduct background checks.
  • Oversee and submit contractor holiday pay and PTO.
  • New hire desk set up for internal employees.
  • Addendum master checklist
  • Follow up with clients and contractors to resolve or close out any pending items/questions.
  • Work hand in hand with sales and recruiting teams to fulfill promises of support to clients and contractors to the best of our ability.
  • DBO/CSM/AE Requests as assigned.

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or 1 year of administrative experience
  • 1-2 years of experience working in customer service, payroll, or administrative capacity
