WeatherTech Direct, a leading manufacturer of American made automotive accessories, is seeking a well-qualified Retail Sales Customer Service Representative to ensure the overall satisfaction of customers by delivering exceptional customer support and product knowledge via in person, phone, and email interactions/correspondence.
This is a great opportunity to join our growing company
- Hourly rate starting at $18/hour plus commission with the ability to earn up to $50,000 per year through a combination of an hourly rate and earned commission
The schedule we are looking for is:
Sunday: 8:30a-5p
Monday: 10:30a-7p
Tuesday: 1030a-7p
Wednesday: 10:30a-7p
Saturday: 8:30a-5p

As a Retail Sales Customer Service Representative, you will
- Deliver world-class customer service in our high volume call center
- Communicate with customers via telephone and email to process customer orders, exchanges, and returns according to established department policies and procedures
- Use sales skills to recommend and upsell products to customers by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
- Provide timely feedback to management regarding service failures or customer concerns
- Work a varied schedule consisting of day, evening, night, weekend, and holiday hours
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualified Candidates will
- Have at least 3-5 years of experience in a telephone-based customer service/sales role
- Be fluent in English with clear and concise verbal and written communication skills in order to deliver effective and pleasant customer service via telephone and email
- Possess listening skills to fully comprehend customer needs
- Possess excellent typing, spelling, and grammar skills
- Have great attendance and punctuality
- Be an excellent performer; deliver high-quality results consistently
- Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and a positive attitude
- Be authorized to work in the United States
