The Service Advisor is responsible for scheduling the repair work for the shop, writing the work orders for the shop, preparing estimates for repair work, explaining the maintenance requirements to the customers and working with factory warranty and extended warranty companies to confirm coverage and collect payment for covered repairs. This is a fast paced job that requires the ability to handle multiple tasks at once. The best candidate will be able to handle phone calls, check in customers for appointments, communicate via text/email/phone with customers regarding their repairs and check in on the status of repairs with the technicians. Completing required Subaru factory training and maintaining high levels of Customer Service are a job requirement. Previous experience as a Service Advisor is preferred but not required. A general knowledge of vehicle mechanic parts and operation is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate. This position will be scheduled 40 hours per week that includes working on Saturdays.
