Responsibilities:
Customer Greeting: Warmly welcome service customers as they enter the dealership, creating a positive and inviting atmosphere.
Information Collection: Gather essential customer information, including their name, contact details, and reason for the service visit.
Confirmation of Service Needs: Engage customers in conversation to confirm the purpose of their visit, ensuring accurate understanding of their service requirements.
Vehicle Movement: Safely drive customer vehicles from the service drive to the holding lot located behind the dealership, adhering to all safety guidelines.
Communication: Effectively communicate with service advisors and other team members to ensure seamless coordination and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Customer-Focused Attitude: A genuine commitment to providing exceptional customer service with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Great People Skills: Ability to interact effectively with a diverse range of customers and team members.
Reliability: Punctual and dependable, with a commitment to fulfilling scheduled hours consistently.
